| Satcom Systems,Inc., founded in 1977, has completed thousands
of satellite earth station antenna and equipment projects.
AN INDUSTRY LEADER
Projects include VSAT, MATV/SMATV and Cable
Headend systems encompassing all phases of voice, data, video and
audio applications with services from system design and
integration, through steady state maintenance, to end of life de-installation.
Satcom Systems capabilities encompass fiber optic cabling in
single and multi-mode, utilizing mechanical and fusion splicing
techniques as well as connectivity and termination procedures
required for local and wide area networks. Satcom Systems became
a Hughes Network Systems certified Installation contractor in
1988. In 1997 Satcom became a Siemon certified installer. In 1999
Satcom became a Lucent Authorized Service Provider and a Tachyon
Certified Installation Contractor. In 2000 Satcom became an
authorized reseller for Tripoint Global's Prodelin Antennas as
well as Wegener Communications satellite equipment. In 2003
Satcom became and authorized reseller and certified installer for
ViaSat,Inc.
Currently Satcom routinely provides service throughout Idaho,
Washington, Oregon, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota,
Minnesota, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa and Alaska. Service can also be
provided in other states west of the Mississippi and in South
America as needed and mutually agreed in advance. Offices are
located in Sandpoint, ID, Boise, ID, Mitchell, SD, Anchorage, AK,
and Minneapolis, MN., and Kansas City, KS, and Brazil.

installer, Satcom Systems, Inc. (SSI) is consistently rated by

responsiveness. SSI is also a preferred installation sub-contractor
of other major companies in the satellite communications industry.
EXPERIENCED
| SSIs' experience
delivering cable television broadcast network systems is
extensive. SSI designed, installed and operated 23
private cable television network systems in the Pacific
Northwest. Under contract to Andrew Corporation, SSI
installed equipment for 20 American Broadcasting
Corporation (ABC) affiliate stations nationwide. SSI
provided video downlinks and service to Keystone, Inc. of
Salt Lake City, Utah. SSI also installed Cable News
Networks' (CNN) Airport Channel in Salt Lake City
International Airport and SEATAC International Airport in
Seattle, WA. In 1997 Satcom installed 11 fixed and 2
motorized antennas for Prime Cable in Las Vegas, Nevada. |

In the hospitality industry, SSI has provided
project management, engineering, and implementation of hotel in-room
television entertainment systems. SSI has installed systems for
Holiday Inn, Best Inn, Hampton Inn, Days Inn, and several private
resorts. The Holiday Inn systems included network distribution
and project management and were contracted to SSI by Scientific
Atlanta and Hi-Net. The project encompassed 250 hotels in the
Northwest and Southeast United States. Following completion of
the initial project, antenna repointing was completed and pay
channels were added to each site. SSI has also provided
installation and service for World Cinema Corporations' hotel
affiliate network in the Northwest United States.

Separate contracts with
The Church of the Latter Day Saints and Hewlett Packard
led to two satellite industry milestones for SSI. These
contracts resulted in SSIs' installation of the first
commercial C-Band and KU-Band VSAT data networks ever
installed and encompassed 620 and 52 locations
respectively. Currently Satcom supplies Prodelin
satellite dishes and Wegener receivers to the Church. |
| In 2000 and
2001 Satcom installed the LDS Churches 188 site network
in Brazil and 40 site network in Japan. In 2002 Satcom
installed the Churches 40 site network across multiple
islands in the South Pacific. In 2003 Satcom revisited
Japan, the South Pacific to add to the networks. Similar
installation and maintenance services are also provided
to the LDS Church in the U.S. and Alaska. |
SSI also installed a 16 location fiber optic network for Reynolds
& Reynolds. These networks were installed at GM dealerships
through the Northwest US and Alaska.
SSIs' services include project support for GTE Spacenets' 40
location Oregon Educational Network, providing an audio/video,
multi-point, distance learning conferencing system. SSI was also
required to train GTE personnel for this project. SSI has also
provided installation and project management support to GTE on
their current Hollywood Video Store and Shell Oil projects.
SSIs' VSAT retail data network experience includes GMs' Pulsat
System, Chrysler Corporation, Volkswagen of America, Chevron, Toy
"r" Us, Safeway Stores, KMart, McDonalds Corporation,
FordStar Network, Amoco, Sherwin Williams, and Edward D. Jones
Securities, Les Schwab, Shell Oil, Hollywood Video and many
others. These projects were in support of Hughes Network Systems,
GE Spacenet, AT&T Tridom, Convergent Media Systems, Atlanta
Network Systems, and Loral Skynet. The Edward D. Jones systems
have included installation and programming of over 450 Merlin and
Spirit phone systems, and continue to represent a significant
portion of current activity.
