Field Technicians

Satcom Systems Field Technicians are the backbone of our company. We service jobs throughout the Northwest and North Central States. A field technician must posses the following skills:

• Previous experience with CAT5 cabling • Experience installing 1.2 and 1.8 meter satellite dishes • Knowledge of spectrum analyzer and volt meter • Computer literate • Clean motor vehicle record

Technical Support Specialists

Our Technical Support employees are responsible for the day to day smooth operation of our field technicians. Technical Support Specialist candidates must possess the qualifications outlined below:

• Technical Support - VSAT, TVRO, and Elec. Media Systems installation
• Maintenance field experience
• Help desk experience a plus
• Customer Service History
• Excellent Phone Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to multi task and organize projects /responsibilities
• Operable in a high stress environment

Project Managers

Satcom Systems, Inc. is seeking a Program Managers to organize the installation and service of customer projects throughout the Northwest and North Central States. Two to five years experience managing geographically separated field forces and proven experience effectively maintaining required profit margins of a department is a necessity. Knowledge of commercial VSAT equipment is a must and experience dealing with residential customers is a plus. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and ACCESS is required. ALL candidates must be willing to relocate. Salary is commensurate with prior experience and proven success.
